Who is eligible?
Eligible HDB households and Singapore Citizen households in private residential properties can claim Climate Vouchers under the Climate Friendly Households Programme. Households can claim a total of $400, made up of one set of $300 vouchers and one set of $100 vouchers. The vouchers are valid until 31 December 2027.
Only one member of the household needs to claim the vouchers. The voucher link can then be shared with other household members for use.
Which NNIO products can I use my climate vouchers on?
All NNIO DC fan models that fall within the programme’s eligible product category for Direct Current Fans.
Stand fans, bladeless fans, table fans, wall fans, and air coolers that use DC and BLDC motors are eligible for purchase with Climate Vouchers.
How to use your Climate Vouchers with NNIO
Using your Climate Vouchers with NNIO is simple.
1. Choose your eligible product

2. Reserve your order online at S$1
Check out online at S$1 to reserve your selected item.
This is a reservation payment only, not the final product price.
3. We’ll confirm everything with you
Our team will contact you to:
- verify your Climate Voucher,
- confirm your delivery details,
- and let you know your final payable amount after voucher deduction and any applicable NNIO promotion.
4. Voucher redemption and final payment happen upon delivery
Once everything is confirmed, your voucher will be scanned and the remaining balance will be collected during delivery.
When your order is delivered, our staff will scan your Climate Voucher QR code and redeem the voucher on the spot. The remaining balance, after voucher deduction and after deducting your S$1 reservation payment, will then be collected upon delivery.
