It's easy to use and suits my purpose perfectly. But if I need to replace the filter monthly, I'm concerned about the cost.

Great service and product quality! I ordered this in the peak of haze when purifiers are out of stock everywhere and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get these in readily available local stock - a bladeless fan and a purifier-and-fan. I'm impressed by how fast the business had Whatsapp-ed me to arrange delivery upon my placing the online order (and delivery was as fast as just 4 days later including Sat and Sun). The delivery service staff were both very good and efficient, and I paid with Climate vouchers upon their arrival and received a discount voucher too. Very happy with the purchases.

Value for Money

It is value for money. Works well, although we cannot expect cold air. Delivery was fast and prompt. However, the remote control doesn't seem to work. Called the hotline ([****]) but no one picks up the call which is frustrating. Emailed but still no reply.
