Note:
You don't need to register for warranty. Just keep your receipt and/or invoice with the purchase date. That's all we need to process any claim.

E-Risen Distribution Hub Pte Ltd provides a warranty to the original retail purchaser/consumer, ensuring that its products are free from defects in material, design, or workmanship when used in regular household, non-commercial settings, following the guidelines provided in the instruction manual.

Warranty duration begins from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is mandatory for servicing requests. It is important to note that this warranty does not include on-site service; therefore, any faulty items are to be presented at the service center at the user's expense. The warranty is exclusively valid for NNIO products featuring the Singapore Safety Mark stickers and applies solely to the original purchaser; it is not transferable to others.

To the extent permitted by law, E-Risen Distribution Hub Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damages arising in any way in relation to the use of the product. E-Risen Distribution Hub Pte Ltd retains the right to inspect and test
defective products to assess the extent of the defect and the validity of claims made under the warranty. Any products or parts replaced under a warranty claim will be considered the property of E-Risen Distribution Hub Pte Ltd.

E-Risen Distribution Hub Pte Ltd reserves the right to either repair or replace the product with comparable and/or refurbished equipment, and such a decision shall be final. The Purchaser agrees to be bound by this decision.

The warranty does not cover the followings, not limited to:
1. Normal wear and tear, mishandling, misuse, negligence, improper storage, finishes, scratches, dents, rust, colour deterioration, stains, corrosion, lighting, power surge, fire, flood, accident, ingress of dust, insect, liquid into the product or if the product is dropped.

2. Damages resulting from improper installation, improper assembly, the use of the wrong electrical supply/voltages, tampering, modifications, or alterations by unauthorised personnel.

3. Cleaning, reconditioning or lubrication.

4. Charges such as transportation, installation, dismantling, or labour.

5. Products with its model number, serial number defaced, removed, or altered.
